A nice home in Liverpool

Closeness to Anfield for our Gig was perfect. A 15 min walk. Host was very communicative and responded within mins to any query we had. Plenty of space in the house.

The area was a bit run down and I was a little worried driving into it. It ended up being quite nice and close to everything. Goes to show don’t judge a book by its cover. Not the fault of the host but the heat required us to leave the windows open at night. Some neighbours across the back laneway had a party the night we arrived (a Wednesday) that continued until 9 am the following morning. So we got very little sleep.

excelente alojamiento, una casa al estilo inglés super única. muy espaciosa, con todo lo necesario para la estancia: toallas, secador, vajilla, electrodomésticos, gel de baño, etc!. la casa es enorme, tres habitaciones, y en todas ellas televisiones de plasma! además tiene un pequeño patio trasero. es una casa muy acogedora, en una calle tranquila. está a diez minutos andando de anfield, con lo cual su ubicación es excelente para ir al estadio. con bares y pequeños supermercados al lado y parada de bus a 1 minuto para ir al centro de liverpool. el anfitrión estuvo atento en todo momento a nuestras necesidades, en especial respecto a nuestra hora de entrada, cosa que agradezco mucho. si viajas a liverpool para ir a un partido o concierto a anfield, esta estancia está genial. muy recomendable

por decir algo, la escalera para subir al primer piso de las habitaciones y baño, está muy empinada para alguien con movilidad reducida o personas que no estén acostumbradas hay que tener cuidado, pero es algo que hace especial a la casa!

Goed locatie, zeker als je naar Anfield wil.

There are many reasons why I selected this property to rent and it didn't disappoint... 1. Proximity to Anfield Stadium (20 mins walk). 2. Townend/Vicar Bus Stop (1 min). 3. 25 mins by bus (14a/b/c/x) to Centre. 4. Three bedroom house. 5. Reasonably priced. Other good features... 1. Great communication & clear instructions. 2. Easy key collection. 3. Good shower with plenty of hot water. 4. Fresh linen & towels. 5. Shampoo & bodywash. 6. Easy heating controls/warm. 7. Great wifi with smart tvs in each bedroom.. 8. Fully equipped kitchen. 9. Comfortable beds with plenty of storage.

There were a few MINOR things... 1. The stairs and landing carpet appeared like it hadn't been vacuumed in a while. 2. The house is old and "used", some areas could do with a deep clean & dusting. Although I have remarked on a couple of things that I didn't particularly like, they are very easily rectified and I would definitely stay at this property again and fully recommend it. The host has also followed up with me to check if I enjoyed my stay and has been very polite throughout this letting.
