Apartment is spacious and very comfortable. Has lots of homely features that makes the stay very easy. Location is also very convenient, as within a short walk you are at all the good restaurants and bars in the town. Beautiful view from the apartment, and lots of light coming in.
Car park is very tight and hard to manoeuvre in. Second bathroom drainage system isn't very good and horrible smell coming from it. As just the two of us we just didn't use second bathroom.

We would have rated this property a 9+ as it is a lovely, well equipped and comfortable apartment.
However there were two things that lowered our rating:-
The car parking space provided is really only suitable for a small car (we had a Ford Focus). It is an extremely tight space and needed careful navigation to be able to manoeuvre it out each time we went in and out. This was a stressful experience.
Secondly, whilst we booked and paid for an early check in for 12.00pm, we were still messaged to find out what time we were arriving. That wasn't really a problem. However, when we messaged the Property Management company regarding an issue with the air conditioning, they failed to answer. Luckily, the weather changed the next day and we did not need the A/C.
