Not at the level I would expect from Booking.com. The property needs a bit of an upgrade

We’ll put together as a rustic and traditional Spanish home

The cleaning could have been better and some things really should be replaced. The washing machine had a lot of mould on the rubber inside and the outside was rusty The shower door was very dirty at the bottom. The towels etc could have done with a boil wash.

Not great, not terrible

The house was rather spacious and I liked the furniture. It was easy to get the key and to drop it off once we left. The air conditioning system works well and covers the needs of the house. There are interesting informative materials at the house about local things. The place is within walking distance of cafes and bars

The lights above the mirror in the bathroom did not work and the light switch had some sort of issue. The place does not have parking, which we knew about; however, the distance to the public parking recommended by the owner is larger than what we were told, it requires going up and down several flights of stairs (the public elevator was not working for our entire stay there), which is not easy to do with luggage. The parking was also more expensive than what we were told it would be. I would have planned differently had I been given correct info. The biggest disadvantage is the noise. In the evening, there were bars close by and people walking by the window so close that it sounded like they were in the same room with us until past midnight and in the morning the same situation (but with cars, horses/donkeys) starting around 5 am.

Great village especially in the mornings and evening.

Great location in a lovely village. I do not advise trying to park (or drive) on the immediate street (full of pedestrians, very narrow) but you can follow the parkade signs which is close and under 10 euros per day). The casa felt a little damp, but might have been the weather. Prob very comfortable in the summer heat.

The noise from traffic , people and dogs, due to the location of the Casa. No WiFi or English tv. Overall was good though.

Great location, cosy and stylish town cottage with an upstairs terrace.

The location was superb as right in the old town. The amazing comfortable pillows and very well equipped kitchen.

No WiFi unfortunately. Not a small 1 or 2 servings of washing powder/ liquid for a quick wash. But I wouldn't mind taking my own one nect time.

Lovely typical Spanish house in the heart of the village. Mijas is beautiful with fantastic walks and incredible scenery. Highly recommend Mijas and the apartment to anyone who loves Spain.

Location for the village brilliant. Felt like stepping back in time. Very quaint little cottage. Aircon in all rooms.

Missed having WIFI. Parking only available in multistorey but only one euro for 24hrs. Difficult to unload our car as it held up the traffic. Such narrow streets.

Friendly Alex meeting us and guiding us to car parking and apartment. Central location. Fantastic value for money. Clean and nicely decorated and furnished property. Local facilities on doorstep - bakery, tapas bars, town centre.vwonderful place in every way.
