Perfect balance of central convenience to Costa Teguise with peaceful surroundings tucked away in a small gated complex of apartments. The property has its own secluded rear garden ideal for sunbathing and a quiet smaller front garden with a mature planting offering privacy from neighbours. The apartment is within a 10 to 15 minute casual stroll of Playa del Jablillo and Playa de Las Cucharas. Having supermarkets shops restaurants bars and a taxi rank all nearby. We only stayed one week but everything was on our doorstep so we didn't feel the need to use or hire a car. The apartment was spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it was well equipped and very clean and our neighbours were very quiet it seems with a mix of residents and holiday homes. Unfortunately during our stay we encountered storm Theresa so the weather was poor but we couldn't fault the property. Ana the owner of the property communicated with us very well and checked in on us by whattsapp to make sure we were OK and didn't have any problems. Myself and my wife would have no hesitation in recommending this property to others.

The delays in Lanzarote airport with large crowds and insufficient space with people lying and sitting on the floor long queues and passport control technology malfunctioning wasn't good but that has nothing you do with the property but has put us off returning any time soon
