Très bon emplacement( plage, commerces..) vaste appartement qu'on peut facilement aérer propriétaire très arrangeant très propre! lessive, produits de nettoyage et vaisselle fournis
l'appartement est "dans son jus" des années 2000, quelques réparations à faire( porte de la loggia déjà rafistolée qui est tombée, porte fenêtre qui ne ferme pas à clé, portes des chambres qui grincent beaucoup et réveillent tout le monde)

Lovely nice clean apartment in a quiet location within easy walking distance to the main beach and central bars and restaurants. The room had comfortable beds, a hair dryer, iron, a powerful walk-in shower, a washing machine, a mini oven, hobs, kettle, microwave. Would definitely stay again if it became available for our visits to Costa Teguise.

The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything you needed for your stay. The owner was helpful on messages and I'm sure would assist if there is an issue.
It was extremely dated, nothing matched and very much in need of a bit of an upgrade. I appreciate you get what you pay for but this was the same price as others in CT however there is no pool and the furniture and fittings were very basic and dated. A good location but not a good enough reason for pricing same as other 3* apartments.
