About this villa rental
Villa Victoria is situated less than a five minutes stroll from the shops and bars and has some very fine restaurants on its doorstep. For the active tourist there are windsurfing schools and scuba diving. The water park and golf course are all close by. There are cycle and quad bikes for hire. Due to the central location of this villa a car is not necessary for this property, however there are several car hire companies providing very reasonable rates for those guests wishing to explore what the island has to offer. There are many organised tours and excursions for those holiday makers that choose not to drive. This is the resort and Villa that has it all, it caters for those holiday makers that want action, and for those holiday makers that want to close the door and leave the world behind. This Villa is a true home from home.

On arrival the villa was spotless. The villa is in a great location for shops, bars and restaurants, all literally within 500m. Everything you need is in the villa, and the pool is one of the best I have had in a private villa.Will definitely be returning, thanks Ian & Angela and not forgetting the pool cleaner Fraser and Heidi the villa cleaner.

2nd stay at this villa and a 3rd already booked. Excellent location and great value for money. Fantastic host with great communication. There was a slight issue when we arrived and was sorted within a couple of hours.

As with all Las Calas villas, location can't be beat. This one however needs a deep clean and refurnished, sofa curtains etc. We stayed in 2016 under different owners and there was a terrible smell in shower shower room. Still the same, needs addressed. Very private rear terrace. Entrance gate to villa needs fixed. Could be one of the best villas with some work done.
