This is a clean and well equipped small apartment in a nice complex with clean pools and lovely public gardens. The complex and the area in which it's situated are clean, quiet and peaceful. We didn't have any problems finding parking in the streets outside the complex, and just two minutes walk from the apartment is a full size Mercadona supermarket. Last but not least, the owner Francisco is friendly and very helpful.
As others have noted, the bed is a little soft, the neighbour is occasionally noisy and there's no extractor fan in the bathroom, but none of these minor issues had any great negative impact on our stay. Just as a suggestion, while the apartment garden is neat and spacious (and with a good view of Teide), if it also had a few pots with plants it would perhaps be even better.

Accueil impeccable malgré notre arrivée tardive , appartement bien équipé , emplacement mercado juste a côté , propreté de la résidence , emplacement, parking facile,
Insonorisation et matelas beaucoup trop mous pour nous , mais c’est une question de goûts . Ballon d’eau chaude petit pour 4 .
