Modern villa of 130 meters, independent, in a quiet residential area, surrounded by a garden of 530 meters, with an independent pool of 6x3 meters.
The house consists of large bright living room surrounded by windows, full kitchen with exit to the outside, laundry room with washer and dryer, two large bedrooms with separate bathrooms.

The villa was extremely clean, really spacious, had good outside space and was very well equipped. Communication with Marcos and Carol was excellent throughout. Having a parking space was an advantage and it took only about 5 minutes to get into town or to large supermarkets. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Villa was clean, spacious and well equipped and we enjoyed our stay.
Temporary roadworks meant the one way system was closed some days and alternate routes had to be found.

Great location in a quiet part of Puerto de la Cruz.
The house was large, more than enough for our family of four.
Everything that we needed for our stay was included.
Some areas might need a refresh, but overall we were satisfied.
Tip: the pool is cold! As are all the pools in the canary islands.

Wir waren 4 Senioren. Ohne Auto ging gar nichts. Die Straße zum Objekt war sehr steil und an manchen Stellen so eng, dass man sich an die Häuserwände stellen musste, um den Verkehr vorbei fahren zu lassen. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und praktisch, jedoch z. B. die Küchenarbeitsplatte sehr unhygienisch. Sollte unbedingt ausgetauscht werden. Marcos, der Housekeeper, war sehr freundlich und immer sehr hilfsbereit. Danke Marcos! Man sieht, dass der Eigentümer nach und nach renoviert und auch investiert. Trotzdem ist ein Stau entstanden. Wir waren 6 Wochen im Haus, haben uns aber trotzdem wohlgefühlt.
