Welcome to the Luxury “Eagle Nest” Retreat!You are 2 min drive to Southgate Plaza, where will find everything you need for a comfortable stay:groceries, coffee, restaurants, etc. 5min drive to downtown Nanaimo, where you will find Port Shopping Centre, beautiful walk around the harbour, kids playground, library, etc.
As for public transportation, the bus stop is located 3 min walk. In addition, there is a 10 min drive to Departure Bay and Duke point Ferry Terminals and 10 min drive to Cedar. Please note, the driveway is on the steeper side.

Television selection poor, beds were very uncomfortable rock solid just like sleeping on the floor, and the living room sofa was very uncomfortable no back support. The host was dishonest she wanted to charge extra for cleaning up after our dog, and we cleaned everywhere before we left. We felt there was already extra cost, and we did not get our money's worth
