The location was perfect, right next to the river and castel sant angelo and an easy walk to the Vatican and trastevere as well as other places of interest. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars within a short walk. Guilia on reception went above and beyond, she was so friendly and professional and always welcomed us with a smile. The room was comfortable, the air con was brilliant and it was spotlessly clean! Overall it was a great find and we would definitely book the bridge suites again.

The property was exactly as the pictures showed. It was spotlessly clean and roomy. The location was excellent for us.

The staff was very helpful. I had one problem after another with the room. No hot water for a day, no A/C for 12hrs, Tv issues and bathroom issues. I wrote the hotel after I returned regarding these issues asking for partial refund, but all they would do is a 200Euro for future visit. Very displeased with their response. Do not recommend this hotel
