Great place to stay. Perfect location - just across the Castle Sant'Angelo and walking distance to the vatican, panethon, and even the colosseum and palentine hill. Nice bakery/coffee shop and restaurant on the street - perfect for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

After we left, they said the glass top of one of the small tables were missing. The maids must have broken it after we left, but asked us what happened. They did not charge us, but would recommend anywhere you go to take pictures of all rooms before you left. Luckily, we did have photos to prove the glass top was there when we left.

The location was central to major landmarks and within walking distance of nearly everything. Showers were great. It was clean and we stocked well enough to cook a meal at home. Communication was easy.

The air conditioning was not strong and the unit in the master bedroom made a loud clicking noise almost constantly - very loud in the middle of the night. WiFi was terrible. Asked the staff to arrange transportation back to the train station. The reservation was ‘confirmed,’ only to find that it actually had not been made and we were forced to scramble for a last minute accommodation instead. Do not count on the staff to arrange your transportation accurately.

Very beautiful and huge property. The apartment is very spacious and well kept. Location is amazing as well! Everything is within 20 mins of walk.

The shower doesn’t have consistent hot in both the washrooms. This created a lot of issues especially with the baby. The water logs as well in the main bathroom so it was a bit gross to make the baby sit down for a bath. There are 4 stairs before the elevator which were not clearly mentioned so it was a bit tough to get the stroller in and out. Also cot is charged extra.

Location

It is a very basic apartment located on a fairly busy, small street. Sleeping with the windows open was a problem. The doorknob on one of the rooms was falling off, and flushing the toilet in one of the bathrooms was a challenge. It was unfortunate that we were not able to get a late checkout. Our flight was at 15:30, and we had to vacate the apartment by 10:00 am. But we noticed that the guest after us was granted an early check-in time. The number of messages from the property was absolutely excessive. Emails were redundant and unnecessary. Same with communication with the host. I wonder why we don't make it either and install a lock box for everybody's convenience.
