Amazing location, large room (we had the apartment with two attached bathrooms, three twin beds, and one large bed), thick mattresses, attentive responses from Grace, clear instructions for us at check-in (we arrived around 17:30). We had issues with the bathroom and cleaning services attended to it the morning after we communicated the issue (which we communicated shortly after check in).
The room was not clean to a standard that I was content with. The larger of two bathrooms had mold on the wall and smelled heavily of it. The smaller of the two bathrooms had water on the tiles under the sink with no apparent source, leading us to believe there was an internal plumbing issue. This bathroom also smelled musty and vaguely of sewage. While the cleaning crew was sent quickly upon pointing out these issues, I am sensitive to mold and we were traveling with young children. We felt uncomfortable using the bathrooms much as a result (which is not ideal). The smell of bleach was also very overpowering when it was cleaned, but this can't be helped much.
