This 19th-century house, typical of the Haute Gironde region, is located in the Côtes de Bourg vineyards, surrounded by vineyards. It features a mature garden and parking. On the ground floor: a large living room with large bay windows, a lounge area (leather sofa and 1-meter flat-screen TV) and a dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped and fitted (microwave), and the dining table is large. A bedroom with access to disabled access is available, with a private bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs, there are two smaller bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds) and a bathroom with toilet. Bed linen, kitchen towels, and bath towels are provided. End-of-stay cleaning is available upon request. Electric heating is available above normal consumption. Tourist tax is an additional charge.
