In the heart of the Côtes de Blaye vineyards, just ten kilometers from the Blaye Citadel, Vauban's iconic fortress and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, bustling with shops and artisans, the Gîte des Puits Fleuris welcomes you for a relaxing and enriching stay. Located in the peaceful hamlet of L'Hôpital, a stone's throw from the village of Eyrans where you'll find a bakery, it offers a pleasant environment, ideal for recharging your batteries. Cycling enthusiasts will appreciate the cycle path accessible 500 meters away, which will take you to Blaye through the vineyards. Nearby, explore the Gironde estuary and its river cruises, the charming village of Bourg-sur-Gironde and the Corniche road, or the Saint-Ciers-sur-Gironde bird sanctuary with its typical marshes dotted with fishing huts and restaurants. Completely and tastefully renovated, the house comprises, on the ground floor, an entrance hall, a welcoming living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge, as well as a spacious shower room with WC. Upstairs, you will find three comfortable bedrooms (one with a 160x200cm bed, one with a 140x190cm bed, and one with a 90x190cm bed) and a separate WC with a washbasin. The gîte is equipped with electric heating. Bed linen and table linen are included in the price. Towel rental and end-of-stay cleaning are available as optional extras.
