About this house rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming 90 m² house for rent in Cussac-Fort-Médoc, which can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It comprises a lovely, air-conditioned living room of 52 m², a fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of around 500 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
All the rooms in the house are on one level.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 52 m² living area with a TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area
- An open-plan kitchen with a central island, equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200)
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A lovely 500 m² garden, not fenced off, opening onto the neighbours’ garden (the plots are separated by trees)
- A 70 m² corner terrace facing north on one side (ideal in the morning) and south-west on the other (ideal in the evening)
The house is ideally situated in Cussac-Fort-Médoc, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
Activities:
- Numerous beaches and large lakes around 35 minutes’ drive away (Carcan, Lacanau, Hourtin, etc.)
- Numerous walking and mountain-biking trails
- The Médoc Grand Cru Wine Route
- Visits to châteaux and wine tastings
- Visits to UNESCO World Heritage sites
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (up to 5 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Moulis-Listrac railway station: 5 minutes’ drive away
- Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport: 45 minutes’ drive away
Other notes:
- Bed linen and towels are included
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation
- End-of-stay cleaning is included in your booking and involves preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please ensure you leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use
- The bedrooms are not air-conditioned
- There are CCTV cameras in place, facing the doors, French windows and the garden shed. These will be deactivated whilst guests are staying
