Pet-Friendly Beach Vacations Welcome:

Pet Policy:
• Dogs only
• Maximum of 2 dogs permitted
• Maximum weight: 25 lbs per dog
• Non-refundable pet fee: $225 + tax per dog
HOA Registration Requirements:
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, the Grand Panama HOA requires advance pet registration prior to arrival. A pet license and identification sleeve/tag will be issued and must be worn by your dog while on the property.
Important: Guests must provide current vaccination records as part of the HOA registration process. We strongly recommend obtaining these records from your veterinarian before traveling, as registration cannot be completed without them. Unfortunately, we have had guests arrive after their veterinarian's office was closed and were unable to provide the required documentation, which delayed or prevented pet registration.
If you're planning to bring your dog, please let us know at the time of booking so we can help guide you through the registration process before your arrival.

Warren Beach Rentals was amazing to work with. Any issues that needed to be addressed were do so in a very timely manner. The unit was very clean, kitchen well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing that needs to be addressed is the furniture in the living room. It’s not very comfortable for a long term stay. The balcony is amazing!!! It has a covered area that gives you shade in the hot afternoon sun and open area well. A GREAT place to sip your morning coffee and have lunch or dinner. Overall it was great experience.

Loved the location and view. The condo had many nice features with comfortable bedding. The layout of the condo was wonderful and we loved the nice sized balcony. Our biggest complaint was the furniture. The furniture was poor quality, uncomfortable and not clean. We struggled to get comfortable when watching tv or talking with family. All the kitchen chairs had peeling that left black marks on our clothing. We had to buy beach towels to sit on and ended up bringing our camping chairs in from our car for seating. The cost of the condo did not meet the furniture accommodations. Another issue we had was the washing machine had a terrible odor and green/black “goo.” We cleaned it out and bought some washing machine cleaner and that helped a little, but wanted to let you know. We really loved the condo overall and would love to revisit next year if the furniture is replaced.

We had a great stay. Love the location, but it could use some upgrades. The unit has a couch and 2 chairs for a family of 8. The couch needs replacing and put a comfortable sectional in its place. Cleanliness of the property was ok but could use some extra tlc .
