GRAND PANAMA PET STIPULATIONS: Pets are only allowed in rental properties marked pet friendly and must be disclosed at time of booking. An additional non-refundable fee for pets, including Emotional Support Animals, will be collected after booking. Any damage caused by pets will incur a minimum fee of $350. Guests who wish to bring a pet to Grand Panama must apply for a conditional license and receive a pet tag, which is to be displayed on the pet while on property. Guests must complete their animal registration form, provide proof of vaccinations, and applicable documentation for service animals to receive a pet tag. Pet tags are picked up at the front desk of tower 2. The leash law applies at all times besides in your condo. The beach, pool, and pool deck are not pet friendly areas. Conditional licenses can be revoked if the association finds the pet without a tag, is vicious, or a nuisance to guests. A pet or any evidence of a pet found on the property that was not previously disclosed by the guest is cause for eviction with forfeiture of moneys paid plus additional cleaning charges. DOGS ONLY 2 pet maximum, 25 lb weight limit

Beach view was absolutely incredible. It didn't matter which room you were in when you looked out the window. You had a beautiful view. Please beware, there are a lot of additional fees. From property management to resort fees. I guess I misread but I thought when it said all fees were included that all fees were included.

We had a great stay, and will certainly return. Great views. The unit was comfortable and spacious. Our only complaint would be that it was not well outfitted for the number of people the unit can accommodate. The condo sleeps ten, yet there are only 4 chairs at the table. No stools for the countertop bar/space. Sleeps 10, but only 1 trash bag for the week. No sponge or dish cloth to wash dishes, etc.Overall, we would recommend this unit to anyone, and will plan to ourselves return.

This is a great property. Spotlessly clean, absolutely immaculate!
Good amount of bath towels, don't forget to bring your own beach towels though!
Easy access to the beach. There's a sandwich/coffee place onsite so you don't have to get in the car to get a snack or breakfast.
The beach area has a bar.
There's an off leash dog area!!
The only downside is slow elevators. Not a major problem, just be sure to plan ahead a bit when you need to use one.
100% would recommend would stay here again.

Bring an extra king size sheet to put over the couch! It’s very dirty with stains and was covered in dog hair. The base boards were filthy! Feces was smeared on the wall in the master bathroom. Considering the price of this condo for one week, I definitely would not return. We’ve stayed at this Resort for a family vacation for 17 years. I’ve never left a negative review until now.
