HOA Registration Requirements:
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, the Grand Panama HOA requires advance pet registration prior to arrival. A pet license and identification sleeve/tag will be issued and must be worn by your dog while on the property.
Important: Guests must provide current vaccination records as part of the HOA registration process. We strongly recommend obtaining these records from your veterinarian before traveling, as registration cannot be completed without them. Unfortunately, we have had guests arrive after their veterinarian's office was closed and were unable to provide the required documentation, which delayed or prevented pet registration.

Nice unit and good location. Parking was good. Large pool. Baby pool and hot tub were nice. Tiki bar was also a very nice option for food and drinks. Beds need an update. Furniture could also use a replacement. Patio was very nice and roomy. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

Our unit was clean and well supplied. Most importantly Warren Beach replied quickly with how to use television and sent repair person within an hour when we had a light fixture problem

Awesome week with family! Great view of the ocean! Beautiful pool! Great location! Quick response for check-in questions and good communication. Only complaint, the beds were very uncomfortable.

My family absolutely loved staying at Grand Panama. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to make us feel like we were at home. The pool and tiki stand was an extra bonus for our trip. There was a great access to the beach. We will be booking here again in the near future.
