p.s. Just wanted to add that we really appreciated having a gate and fence to keep others from walking through the carport/property to go to the beach. That's always been a problem with any house we've rented on the beach, so having that to prevent others using your place as a public beach access was wonderful!

Great location and place! The water was beautiful and we had a wonderful time. Hopefully can go back next year. Prickett Properties is very responsive should you have any issues. House was great and we had everything we needed there. Left a good beach chair for subsequent guests since my husband wanted a new, taller one. :) Really nice they have tubs of beach stuff for guests to use. Carpet could stand to be replaced/removed and some lights in toilet area/room of Master need replaced but no biggie. We wish we were still there!!!

Found poop under chair in Master. Carpet stains in rooms. A/C can't keep up. Mid to upper 80's outside and 76 inside during day. We all left with bug or flea bites all over
