Beautiful view facing Never Summer Mountain Range

This house is a bout as "Walden" as it gets. Cool ol' house with a lot of charm. It makes you feel like you live there. Good working Kitchen, clean rooms, & 2 Showers for larger groups. We would stay here again.

Great set up for a hunting group. It was clean and a great place to stay.

The house was big enough to host our group of 9 people, which was great. We enjoyed having enough space for everyone to gather in the living room and at the dining room. 2 couples slept elsewhere due to no doors on most bedrooms, so not everyone got to sleep in the home. It was realy odd not to have doors on most of the rooms. We also had tried to reach out to the host via VRBO app message, text, and phone call with no communication back, then about 24 hours before our stay we got notice about an additional charge to add one dog to our 2 night stay. There was no message to confirm we would be bringing our dogs. It was a bit of a shock, considering we let the host know months ahead of time we would have 2 small dogs (1 dog allowed per the listing) and there was no communication about cost until right before the stay. There was no wifi. The host also did not provide any check in info on the day of arrival. We showed up and hoped the door would be open. The kitchen was well stocked to make it useable for cooking meals. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. Linens were clean. Location was great and easy to get to town and restaurants, plus amble parking. Since it was for our wedding weekend, it was a little stressful!
