House was great for the 9 of us. Unfortunately, the previous renters left it a bit of a mess and we were delayed a bit in checking in. Everything worked out. Master bedroom is on the upper level, the other three rooms downstairs.

The house was spacious and comfortable for the family. The location was great with easy access to RMNP and Grand Lake. There are some minor maintenance issues… the dryer vent has a nest that needs to be removed so the clothes dry in one cycle instead of 2. The garage door is hard to handle… but neither of those things detract from the affordability and enjoyment of the stay. We would stay there again.

We loved the house. It was comfortable and fit all of our needs. The owner was super receptive to questions and was easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed here with some friends for an adventure weekend.THE GOOD:- The owners were great communicators and responded quickly whenever we needed anything.- The location of the house was great.- The house was generally clean.THE BAD:- The grill didn’t really work and would not get hotter than 200 degrees.- There was no patio furniture, so we had to bring our own camping chairs to hang out outside.- There was no fire pit, which made it less appealing to spend time outside once we were back at the house.- The dining room chairs were filthy—maybe better suited for kids than adults?- Only one person could shower at a time, and you couldn’t run the dishwasher while someone was in the shower.- No recycling option. This really bothered our group, and we ended up taking our recycling back home to Denver.- The bunk beds were very creaky and definitely more appropriate for kids than adults.- There were no shades or blinds upstairs, so when people couldn’t sleep on the creaky bunk beds, they also couldn’t sleep on the couches due to the light.- Having a house that sleeps 12 but only has parking for 4 cars seems impractical.
