This is the perfect vacation getaway in your own private bayside beach bungalow. Just 3 blocks from the ocean and 2 blocks from the bay, this 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home comes with a full kitchen and in unit laundry. Queen bedroom & another one with 4 bunkbeds! Couch in living room pulls out to a queen sleeper as well.
Guest Access:
Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL.
If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

We've stayed in a couple places for our annual family trip to OCMD. This was by far the nicest and cleanest property. We loved the location and the neighborhood. It was great for setting off on adventures or just walking the dogs to the bay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Excellent communication with property owner, great location within the town and perfect to bring your dog. The house was very clean and updated. There are Alot of restaurants and parks right by the house. It’s a little busy on the roads but there is a lot of friendly neighbors and people staying in the area. We were super excited to see 4th of July fireworks right from the front porch. Lots of stuff within walking distance including food shopping right across the street. Highly recommended.
