Guests of this rental will also have easy access to nearby tennis courts and a playground.
This townhouse sits on the edge of a canal inlet of Assawoman Bay. You'll be right down the street from Little Salisbury Neighborhood Park, a quarter-mile from the beautiful shoreline, and within an easy stroll of restaurants, a coffee shop, and a grocery store. The famous Ocean City Boardwalk, Jolly Roger Amusement Park, and Splash Mountain Water Park for fun family days are only four miles south. You will also be just a short drive to the Tanger Outlets in West Ocean City, or you can drive a little further north for tax-free shopping in Delaware!

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Dock details: Slip for boat up to 21ft.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very nice neighborhood, very clean and peaceful. We have a little one and there was a park right across the street for her to play at which was also nice. 15 minutes away from boardwalk

This house is in the most perfect location! Just over a block from the beach access made it so easy to go back and forth as needed. There is a full grocery store across the street and a gift shop, candy store and restaurant right next to that.
The house itself was perfect for our family! Everything was clean and maintained. Loved that there was a little outdoor shower area for cleaning off, this made trips back from the beach so much easier to clean up after. The kitchen was fully stocked with all supplies and the freezer had an ice maker which was great! All tv’s had a Roku which we easily were able to connect to for the evenings when we wanted to relax. The deck and balconies were fantastic! We spent a lot of time on them, especially the two that faced the water. Would definitely stay there again.

The condo was in a good location for the event we came into town for. While the condo was a bit dated it served our needs. Unfortunately there was construction work in the adjoining unit Friday and Sunday. I really liked the process from booking, arrival, checkout. Everything worked seamlessly.
