About this apartment rental
Bayfront 2 bedoom, 2 bathroom condo, less than 2 blocks from the beach and Atlantic Ocean with the best sunset views in Ocean City! This perfectly located condo in Bay Princess on 81st. is the ideal location for your Ocean City vacation. There's plenty of room to stretch out in the large living room or private, west facing balcony. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and the second bedroom has two queen sized beds. There's also a sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 8 people comfortably. You'll also enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, complimentary wifi/high speed internet and a full sized washer and dryer. The living room and both bedrooms feature Smart TVs so you can stream your favorite shows (with your login credentials) from anywhere in the condo. This condo is located on the fourth floor, there is an elevator in the building and you get two unassigned parking spaces. Bayside Princess is close to restaurants, bars, mini golf, shopping, etc.
*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.
*Comforters/blankets and pillows are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $129.99. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.
**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**
*Outdoor pools are open seasonally, typically at a minimum Memorial Day - Labor Day. Dates and times are determined by each building and OCMD Getaways has no control over open dates and times.

Affordable, clean and family friendly. This property is a must book if you’re looking for a short walk to beach and restaurants. The property manager answered all questions in a timely fashion.

We typically like staying around 80th street so this was perfect. Access to throw away trash was super easy, elevator was convenient, pool was easy to get in to, and the beach is still super close! There’s also some good food places that are walking distance but we also don’t mind driving up and down coastal highway to get other good food. The condo was pretty clean. I will have to say the bathroom that’s in the single room is a little strange. It’s almost like the toilet and sink were built for really small people lol. But the bathroom in the hallway is fine. The condo had everything we needed but obviously you have to bring your own house supplies like towels, linens, detergent etc. would stay again.

Loved the location - view was great, walking distance to restaurants and activities. Beach less than 2 blocks which was awesome. Pool was great
First time with VRBO - Not sure if we didn't receive some email communication. Needed to order the linen package, which never came up during the booking processes. There was miscommunication on this as i had messaged about this prior to trip. Called the number when we arrived and they were able to get lines brought over. I wasn't impressed with the towels, very thin. Check in information wasn't emailed out until the day of the trip at 11:30am - we were already on the road to drive down. I would have liked all this information way ahead of time including check out information. Email stated the night before we would leave we would receive another email about check out and what needed to be done. Never received it. Contacted manager and they stated you can just go = take out trash etc. ALL directions should have been given in one packet.
I did like the place and location and would stay again.

My daughter and I came with her friend and her mom and had such a nice time, despite the weather Lol
The unit was beautiful, very nicely decorated. It's in a great location, in walking distance to some of our favorite places!
