About this house rental
****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.
This Beautiful 3 BR 3.5 BA townhome features a wonderful canal location that allows for a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the town. Inside, you will love the numerous updates including fresh paint, new laminate flooring and new furniture in the living room and in the bedrooms. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite countertops and tile backsplash. There is a newer washer and dryer for guest use and of course free Wi-Fi so that you can "stay connected".
Located off 94th street, there is no shortage of fun activities for the family to enjoy. There are quiet streets for bike riding, parks for playing, tennis courts, basketball courts and of course Ocean City's wonderful beach. All these activities are just a short walk or bike ride away. The community is also strategically located to a supermarket, many great restaurants Including Liquid Assets, Bull on the beach and Lombardi's to name a few. There is mini-golf, movies and many other fun activities that Ocean City has to offer!

* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* This is a 3-level townhome - all bedrooms and full bathrooms are on 2nd and 3rd floors, with the 3rd floor being a private primary suite.
* One dedicated parking spot is provided and there is ample additional parking in the lot and on the street.
* Easy access to the beach
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This house is located on 94th street.

* The sleep total of 8 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

As described, this townhome was right in the middle of everything. Clean and organized with plenty of parking. Beautiful views from every balcony. The communication with the host was phenomenal with messages being answered right away. No problems at all and we look forward to booking this spot again.

The home's description was spot on. It was a short walk to the beach, convenience stores, and restaurants. I highly recommend this place if you want to stay somewhere nicely maintained, close to everything, and exactly as described, with excellent customer service.
