Each of the two bedroom, two bath units in this unique masonry building feature a spacious balcony, many with views of the bay and wetlands. The beach and ocean are just a short distance across Coastal Highway and dining options are within walking distance. Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, and central air. The building has an outdoor pool, off-street parking for two cars and an elevator. This is a non-smoking property. Smoking prohibited in unit, balcony, or any common areas including pool, stairs, elevator, parking lot, etc. Some parking is under building - height restrictions apply.

Condo in person looked better than listing. Loved the large balcony. Beds could use updating and fans in the rooms. Bedrooms were stuffy and warm at night. Was nice being next to the elevator. Nice place to stay and great location.

The condo could you some updates but, it was clean and in a wonderful location. The view was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay .
