With a Seasonal Outdoor Pool, and just a short stroll to the 80th Street Beach Access, Shops, and Dining, you really can have it all - and at a very Family-Friendly Price Tag! As an added Bonus, this property allows you to avoid the Saturday traffic by booking any 3-night minimums!
This Newly Renovated Condo sleeps 8 in comfort and style, and is decorated with a fun and tasteful Coastal Flair. Take the Elevator to the 3rd floor for easy loading and unloading, and the wonderful Outdoor Pool is just around the corner on the 1st Floor. As you enter, you'll love the Wood Floors - fresh, clean, and reminiscent of our Historic Boardwalk. As you get to the end of the Hall, you'll be met with a fabulous Open Floor Plan. The Living Area is light and spacious with Comfy Furniture, a Large Flat Screen TV, and Free WiFI - a great place to relax after a fun-filled day on the Beach. These windows lead to an Oversized Balcony with plenty of room for the whole family to regroup and enjoy the gorgeous Sunsets. End the day here with a glass of Pinot while watching the Sun sink into the horizon. Beautifully furnished on both sides, this is a great space.to curl up with a good book, as well.
The Chef in the Family will love the Well-Stocked Kitchen with everything you need to make mealtime super easy. Grab a quick bite at the Breakfast Bar before exploring OC or dine at the table with the family. Not one to cook on Vacation? No worries - many great Dining options are just a short stroll away including a Local's favorites, Hooked, and The Ropewalk. Doesn't get much better than this, right?

Location was perfect. Property management was great and super responsive to issues and questions. The cleanliness was not so good, felt pretty grimy. There were what looked like bloody boogers found in several very obvious spots, walls, doors, mattress pad. Definitely needs a good cleaning. White socks were black after walking on the floors.

Overall it was very nice and a great location! The only thing that I would say bad about it that I would not classify them having 2 parking spaces as listed. There is only one guaranteed spot and then the whole complex shares the unmarked spots. We drove and walked around the entire parking lot and only saw one unmarked space. Therefore there is one space for the entire complex to share.

The house was clean & very comfortable. It's walking distance to the beach, restaurants etc. but far from the boardwalk & amusement park. If you are traveling with kids who want to go to amusement park, its a short drive, which isn't a deal breaker. I would stay again.
