This unit is the perfect place to relax after a day on the beach! The 9400 Building provides all you need to make the most of your stay. You can take advantage of the fitness room laundry rooms and one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City MD! An easy stroll to shopping grocery stores and restaurants and of course steps away from your toes in the sand. The building entrance is secured and each condo is provided a single parking space. Come and enjoy easy living and all that beach life has to offer. As a thank you for staying with Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals in Ocean City MD we offer each reservation a complimentary welcome beach bag which includes paper towels bathroom tissue laundry and dish detergents trash bags and even bathroom toiletries! Your reservation includes a $50 building amenity use fee. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the 9400 Building directly for an additional $50.

Condo was nice, clean but the bathrooms were a little small and the living room couches were worn down and uncomfortable. Would give the facility an over all rating of 8 stars

The property is located on the beach with easy access to beach while having great views of the bay! The staff is friendly and accommodating. The condo is roomy and well kept! Thanks!

We enjoyed the apartment a lot. It was a bit of a splurge for us to get the 2 bedroom with our younger boys. Having the bedrooms on opposite ends was very nice. The only downside to this apartment was that this side of the building does have a partial ocean view, but the other side of the building has a much much better view looking south down the beach. Also with all units the air conditioner unit is in a closet on the patio for all units.. when sitting out there i recommend turning off the AC bc it is very noisy. None of this would stop me from renting the apartment again.

My family and I recently came to OCMD for a 7 night stay. We had an excellent time! The only hiccups we had were that our bathroom faucet was broken upon arrival (replaced promptly the next day)and one night someone took our parking spot but security told us another spot we could use so we were still on the grounds of the condo. They assured us this would be addressed if the person didn’t move but they were gone the next day. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The room was complete with everything in the description. Easy walk to and from the beach. Pool and pool area/inside bathrooms and showers were clean. We even enjoyed some cornhole during the day! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a fun week!!!
