This gorgeous side ocean view condo has been completely remodeled with new kitchen countertops and appliances. Come and enjoy the 11th floor condo with oversized tv's in each room an electric fireplace dry bar with mini fridge! There is also a balcony closet to store your beach gear. You also get both ocean and bay views from this sunny south facing vacation home making it everything you need for your next beach vacation! The 9400 Building provides all you need to make the most of your stay. You can take advantage of the fitness room laundry rooms and one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City MD! An easy stroll to shopping grocery stores and restaurants and of course steps away from your toes in the sand. The building entrance is secured and each condo is provided a single parking space. Come and enjoy easy living and all that beach life has to offer. As a thank you for staying with Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals in Ocean City MD we offer each reservation a complimentary welcome beach bag which includes paper towels bathroom tissue laundry and dish detergents trash bags and even bathroom toiletries! Your reservation includes a $50 building amenity use fee. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the 9400 Building directly for an additional $50.

Beautiful condo! Building is well-managed. We did have a drainage problem in the 2nd bathroom and we did report to management, but our calls were not returned. Otherwise everything was really great. We had a fantastic time. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others.

The property was beautiful! Very clean and just as described. Everything seemed brand new. Decor was gorgeous ;) and the views of both the ocean and the bay were perfect. Loved the balcony and everything that the property offered.

Great condo in a great location. The condo was well maintained and very clean after we checked in. The check in process was smooth and the girl that checked us in was very nice and helpful. The condo is near some great restaurants and right across the street from a grocery store which is helpful. The condo was the perfect size for our family of four. We would definitely stay again!
