About this apartment rental
The holiday apartment "Torrelomas by La Mata" is located in Torrevieja and boasts a beautiful view of the sea. This property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people (one bedroom has bunk beds and a single bed). Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as a game console.
Your private outdoor area includes a balcony. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool and a children's pool.

Pros: Fantastic and relaxing week in Torrevieja. Good weather, close to restaurants, great swimmingpool (for all in the family) and also close to the beach as described in the ad. Nothing to complain about the apartment, everything was new, beds, tables, TV, sofas..all. Can really be recommended!!!

Pros: We stayed 11 nights in this clean, functional apartment which had everything we needed (Me and my two sons in their 20s). It’s a 10 min walk from lovely La Mata beach and very close to bus stops going to Torrevieja one way and La Mata the other. The block is partially inhabited by Spanish families which were friendly and made us welcome. There are decent restaurants, bars and a bank nearby. I’d give this place 8/10. The owner was very courteous and helpful giving us useful information on local amenities and rules before we arrived. Well thought out. Would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Pros: Our stay in the apartment was really nice. We have nothing to fault. The décor was almost everything new. It's really, really well maintained. The bathrooms were clean, the lounge on the balcony is highly recommended. A really great place to relax. The bus stop is right outside the door, but we didn't notice anything about noise and the like. Down the street are some restaurants and shopping. The supermarket can be seen from the balcony. Handing over the keys also went off very easily. No problems whatsoever. There is everything in the apartment that you need. Although we travelled with 4 adults and 3 children under the age of 2 everything went very easily in the apartment. All in all, we are very happy to have chosen this apartment. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!!!
