Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, zum Kochen sind alle Utensilien vorhanden, die Lage ist perfekt neben der Talstation, es könnte nicht besser sein.
Die Türe zum Veloraum könnte mit Türfalle besser schliessen und auch isoliert sein. Die Eingangstüre zieht auch durch. Auch hier isolieren. Das würde helfen, dass die Heizung minimiert werden könnte.

Lage. Nähe zur Seilbahn und Bus. Kleiner Laden für den täglichen Bedarf in der Nähe.
Duschkopf war defekt. Wohnung allgemein etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bedarf einer Renovierung. Sauberkeit war nur oberflächlich: Spinnweben an vielen Stellen. Geschirr stand zum Teil dreckig vom Vormieter im Schrank.
