Luxury and comfort ... Indulge yourself with this beautiful new chalet we offer to Praz. It will seduce you with its warm and modern design in wood, gray and red.

Set on 150 m², the cottage is ideal for 2-8 people. It has 4 bedrooms with many beds, 3 bathrooms and 3 separate toilets for convenience.

The return of tracks or trails, you find around a good homemade meal (the kitchen is fully equipped) before relaxing in front of the fireplace in the lounge.

We provide a TV, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, baby equipment, games ... Everything is provided for your comfort!

Booking and subsequent communication about bedroom setups was really easy.Very spacious property for the 8 of us with a lovely feel to it.Excellent location only a 1 min walk to the ski lift.

The apartment is fantastic and has everything you need. It’s comfortable, well kitted out and perfectly located for flegere lift or ski lessons in town. The double garage is great and the living area perfect for larger groups with teens and adults.

Location is everything; perfect for the slopes of La Flégère, so one avoids awaiting the ski bus (long waiting time and overcrowded). The views around the chalet and the church square are much nicer than being in the center of Chamonix. And it is quieter. The most beautiful walk is right there, le chemin de Paradis des Praz (where there is a delightful cabin restaurant managed by a fun family, great for crepes &omelettes).

We felt well at home in this well equipped and spacious Chalet. Location is great, just a few meters to the La Flegere lift and ski area. Train station and bus station just a few steps away in case you want to move towards Chamonix or Argentiere. Small commerces in Les-Praz for everydays' needs such as Croissant in the morning. :-) Even wood for the fireplace was available.

Location is very scenic yet convenient to lift, shops and public transportation, the chalet roomy, comfortable and well configured and the communication with the owner excellent. Looking forward to staying again next season.

This was our very first experience in Chamonix and everything was positive! Large space for our family. The location in Les Praz was ideal for skiing…just 5 minute walk to La Flagere lift and close to XC trail too. Praz Sports for ski rentals is highly recommended…5 minute walk and great service. Host was responsive during the whole process. Would stay again.

Well designed chalet with an excellent living space, well equipped kitchen and 3 shower rooms which meant nobody had to wait to wash or use a toilet. Location perfect for exploring everything the Chamonix Valley has to offer especially using the train which is free with a card that is available whilst staying at the chalet.

We had such an amazing Christmas Holiday in the Chamonix area while staying in this Chalet in Les Praz ⛷️ 🏂 The chalet was everything we could have asked for and more, from the log fire and loads of room for us all to chill out in the evenings! Flore was so helpful in helping us organise our stay, Thanks so much.

We really enjoyed staying here. The house is really well equiped. Everything you need is here, even a fondue& gourmet set and a Nice coffee machine( nespresso!) enough wood to make a nice fire in the cosy fireplace. Walking distance to the gondola. After 60cm of snow this week, we were very thankfull for the garage for our 2 cars. Flore, Thanks so much for this Nice week and the good communication.

We had an amazing week in this chalet, we traveled as 2 families and the layout was fantastic, 2 super king size beds and 4 singles for the kids across 4 bedrooms, so we all had the space we needed, plus they were all really comfortable. The 3 bathrooms were all really nice. Loads of space in the chalet and a small mezzanine sofa area for the kids to escape and have a chill. Plenty of space for hanging ski gear and boots. Double garage was a massive bonus to keep the cars and skis in. This place is a stones throw from the lift and is nice and quite in the evenings. The location proved great to drive to the different Ski areas. Would definitely recommend this place and would hope to return again.

I stayed for a week of skiing with 6 other friends and we absolutely loved this place. It was clean and tidy with beds set up to suit our needs. The living area is ideal for groups with plenty of space to cook, eat and relax in front of a cosy fire. Le Praz is a pretty and peaceful area with great apres ski and a well stocked small shop very close to the chalet! Plus 20 min walk into central Chamonix! We would definitely stay again!

The location is very nice, close to the city centre. The chalet is amazing, confortable, clean and well enough for 12 people. The Kitchen is equipped with everything is needed unfortunately the induction cooktop is no so easy to use for those who are not confident with it. The bedrooms are spacious and each one has is own bathroom. The laundry room is not perfect: in the damp basement and not very clean but there is everything you need to wash and dry. The support of Jean was perfect, helpful and friendly. Location recommended for families with children

Chalet design was good and comfortable for family of eight but was not well cleaned nor maintained. Directly, after checking in we noticed major water leak in ground floor bathroom coming from top first floor bathroom shower tray and loose toilet seat in master bathroom. For first seven days of our ten day stay at the chalet , I kept calling chalet manager Mr Julien Jean to fix them but i got from him nothing and only procrastination and total indifferent answers. We stayed ten days with one out of service bathroom . In General it's sad to have a good chalet with indifferent management. I really don't recommend this chalet for any one because of its poor indifferent management.

This Chalet is a very nice timber house with a lot of atmosphere, cosy and with a high standard. It is also extremely well equipped and I didn’t miss anything. All the beds were unusually good and we had good nights sleep. There are a lot of storage for both clothes and luggage. We booked and prepaid transfer with Haute Transfer from Geneva Airport and it went like clockwork. They even sent me a sms the day before with the drivers namn, phone no and pickup time. I also booked and prepaid our skipasses with Mountain Lifestyle. One night we had dinner at a gourmet restaurant ”La Cabane des Praz”. We choose a 3 course dinner for €39, a very affordable price, as the food were really delicious. I really recommend it.

Well located chalet (right beside la Flégère), very nicely decorated and fantastically well equiped. Bedding, bathrooms...living room all according to piccies, super clean, and roomy.
