Really good location, could be an amazing accommodation but it felt tired and unloved.
Good communication about the lock box location and code.
We were a group of 5 and out of the nine dining chairs available five were broken Many of the lamps were not working so the rooms were dark. The cleaning materials were very low - we bought cloths for washing and cleaning surfaces

nit picking here…the kitchen was a bit dark. couldn’t find any rubbish bins outside to empty our waste into. (constructive criticism)

Ho trascorso una bella vacanza con la mia famiglia che ripeterei con piacere.
Chalet affascinante e confortevole: anche se mancano finestre nei bagni e in cucina con illuminazione interna fioca, e vi sono molte scale per i due piani su cui si disloca, l'immobile risulta arredato con estremo gusto e attenzione ai particolari, completo e ricco di ogni dotazione, molto accurata. Il patio e il terrazzino sono molto gradevoli e riservano una bella vista sul Bianco. La posizione è semicentrale all'interno di un grazioso borghetto recintato, a ridosso del golf e adiacente impianto di risalita, il centro è raggiungibile con una piacevole passeggiata sul lungo fiume ombreggiato, di circa mezz'ora. Il parcheggio è comodo e sempre disponibile all'esterno del borgo. Nel periodo di permanenza, agosto, Chamonix è molto animata e decisamente ideale per persone che amano lo sport e la montagna.
La gestione dell'alloggio è affidata ad un'agenzia dimostratasi carente soprattutto nella fase di check in, resa complicata per comunicazione difficile, anche affidata ad software non perfettamente funzionante. L'host/agenzia mi ha sì comunicato dove fossero le chiavi (nella cassettina di sicurezza di fianco alla porta di ingresso principale) ma non quale porta aprivano: non la porta principale di ingresso ma un portone secondario a lato come abbiamo scoperto al nostro arrivo a tarda notte, dopo alcune allarmanti prove a vuoto. La manutenzione generale dell'immobile è buona e gli impianti in efficenza, tuttavia l'agenzia di gestione dovrebbe curare maggiormente la pulizia.
