The apartment is excellently located! About 150m walk from the Les Praz Gondola. Very clean and well thought out. The kitchen is very well stocked with quality pots/pans/crockery and all the appliances work well. Rooms have good quality beds and linen and towels provided. Check in was easy and the agency that manage the apartment (Chamonix All Year) were great in getting ski passes delivered to the apartment and arranging skis to be delivered and picked up from the apartment as well.
Not really anything that can be done about it but it's just so people are aware, the bunk bed room is quite small and quite a squeeze. We had 2 adult men sleeping in this room, but ideally only really suitable for children to be comfortable. Also, there's one bathroom/toilet that is on-suite in the one bedroom, then the other 3 rooms share 1 toilet/bathroom. Thus if all the rooms are full as in our case, you have 6 people sharing 1 toilet/bathroom which isn't ideal. We didn't really have a problem, but it's just so people are aware of this. The apartment is also about 3km from Chamonix town center which can make getting groceries or apres ski challenging if you don't have a car and have to time the public transport well which becomes quite infrequent during the evening. This didn't detract from our stay, but once again, it's just so people are aware.

Excellent stay in Chamonix
Wonderful apartment, sunny and spacious living room with open plan kitchen. One big master bedroom, tow medium sized bedrooms and one smaller bedroom with a bunk bed. Ideal for two families with up to four children. Very nice and comfortable furniture, fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, Fondue set, dish washer and washing machine. Private ski room in the basement to keep your skiing gear. Very good location, only a few minutes walk away from Flègere Gondola station, bus stop and a few restaurants and little grocery shop. We definitely recommend a stay in this beautiful apartment and would love to come back again.
