Anna was extremely friendly and helpful from the outset.
The free parking at the house was a was a big bonus. The house itself was comfortable, and very clean.The house location is perfect. It's in a very quiet area with easy access to walks (5 mins) the canal and river/Chester town centre (15 mins walk), Chester Zoo (10 -15 mins drive) Chester Zoo is wonderful, and geared towards conservation. You can spend a whole day there. Chester itself has excellent shopping, and is full of character. The Cathedral is beautiful, and definitely worth visiting.
The parking area was a bit untidy, but it's a space shared by several properties, so.....
