-Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, -wygodny samodzielny odbiór kluczy, -właściciel sprawnie przekazywał informacje niezbędne do zameldowania, - dużo ręczników i papieru toaletowego do użytku
-nieprzyjemny zapach stęchlizny i pleśni, - materace w obydwu łóżkach wymagające wymiany (w sypialni materac zapada się do środka), - lokum znajdujące się w pomieszczeniu przypominającym piwnicę, z małym dostępem światła dziennego, - niedokładnie posprzątane, pajęczyny i kurz, - mieszkanie wymaga gruntownego remontu- odpadające fragmenty ścian, pleśń (szczególnie pod prysznicem), - brudne naczynia i sztućce, które trzeba było umyć przed użyciem, - ogródek/balkon zaniedbany, służy za składzik- nie zachęca do odpoczynku, - pod prysznicem trzeba trzymać słuchawkę, gdyż nie trzyma się na stojaku, - zepsuta klamka przy okienku w łazience, - zepsuta moskitiera balkonowa.
