Host super gentile, ospitale e che ha curato il soggiorno nei minimi particolari per renderlo più piacevole. Sapendo che festeggiavamo un compleanno, ci ha fatto trovare anche una tortina per la colazione. La casa e’ accogliente, molto pulita e dotata di ogni comfort, incluso il parcheggio. Vicinissimo al centro di Lucca. Consigliatissimo!

It is spacious and well kept. The host had thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. She is a delight. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook and the breakfast left for you was a nice touch. There was cool water in the fridge and milk so you could feel at home immediately. The area is residential and quiet, it’s a walk in to town but it’s flat and not too far. Lucca is wonderful and stylish but also calm and interesting. It grows on you the longer you stay and I would definitely come back here and would stay in this accommodation. The balcony is a lovely place to sit and relax. The host picked us up from the train station and dropped us off for our return flight. She responds immediately to queries and could not be more helpful.

There was nothing not to like. It’s easy to walk in to the old town but if you had mobility issues it might be too far in the heat. It was no problem at all for us and we walked to the station for a trip to Cinque Terre. You could also do easy day trips to Pisa, Florence, Via Reggio and other nearby places.

Nice easy walk to the walled city. It had absolutely everything you could need. Spacious, clean, host was extremely helpful and communication was also brilliant.
