The location is walkable to everything in the walled city; the terrace, garden view, and hot tub are amazing; lots of natural light with high-quality windows/doors; beds are firm but comfortable.
We appreciate that the staff accommodated our very late arrival (for 50 euros extra) and were very responsive when we had questions.
The apartment floor needs a good thorough cleaning.
The walk-in shower leaks a bit out onto the bathroom floor. Big bathrooms but no counter space!
There was some dishwasher soap but no laundry detergent and no extra garbage bags. It’s difficult to keep a rental place tidy when there aren’t basic cleaning supplies.
