Convenient
It was clean, comfy and well located.
It is dark (dark floor and wood, and no sun inside), the wi-fi never worked, which is bad as the mobile recepcion is bad in the appartment.

This was our second stay at the apartment and we hope to come again.
Lovely quiet part of Lucca with local shops and bars. Agency was prompt in dealing with small problems.
The lock box almost defeated us. Difficult to open if you're not used to them.

Left as soon as I found another place . I would like my money back
Not much except the local butcher was near and the kitchen was adequate.
Cold, dark, advertised hot tub NOT, advertised fireplace NOT WORKING, advertised Wi-Fi THEY DID NOT PAY YHE BILL SO NO WIFI for 4 days, no closet to hang clothes, no place to put the suitcase except the living room table, no place comfortable to sit, loud street noise. NO GARBAGE COLLECTION or PLACE TO PUT IT!!!! Staff unresponsive to help with garbage access or WiFi. Just ridiculous service. 24/7 Access to help NO‼️‼️

Some room for improvement!
The apartment was spacious and well equipped in a great location. The main bedroom and room with bunk beds were quiet as they were away from the road. It was lovely being woken by birdsong. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom toiletries a bonus.
The bedroom at the front was too noisy. Bars at night and buses in the morning. Too much light came in from the street lamp and the sun. The bath tap was hard to work. Some of the electric sockets stopped working during our stay. Only one set of keys was a nuisance. You couldn't put them in the lockbox as you wouldn't be able to enter the building!!

Casa grande e spaziosa
Non funzionavano i riscaldamenti in camera da letto e in bagno. L’acqua della doccia era tiepida. Perfino l’asciugacapelli non andava. Inoltre la temperatura generale era fissata a 10 gradi: per farla salire a 19 ci vogliono 2 giorni. E siamo in pieno inverno.

All’arrivo la casa era gelida, la piastra del riscaldamento in bagno era rotta, non c’era praticamente nulla come set cortesia (sarebbe bastato un po’ di bagnoschiuma e un po’ di detersivo per piatti). Il phon all’arrivo era rotto ma è stato prontamente sostituito con un altro. La casa appare vecchia e trasandata, peccato perché avrebbe delle buone potenzialità
