Upea sijainti ja tilava asunto. Ilmastointi riittävä, mutta vaatii paljon molempien laitteiden päällä pitoa. Moititut portaat ei ongelma meille, hyvää liikuntaa nousta portaita. Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Yhteydenpito toimi moitteettomasti.
Asunnon pinnat ja kalusteet jo hieman kuluneet, ei niin raikas ja valoisa kuin kuvien perusteella voisi luulla. Astiasto ok, mutta esim. viinilasit voisi päivittää laadukkaammiksi - ottaen huomioon että asunto sijaitsee Toscanassa.

De ligging in het oude centrum van Lucca is perfect. Maurizio is een goede gastheer. Het appartement is ruim en comfortabel en van veel gemakken voorzien.
Omdat het appartement op de bovenste etage van het pand ligt, wordt het warm. De airco op het leefgedeelte heeft zijn beste tijd gehad en kreeg deze verdieping nauwelijks op temperatuur.

Jag älskade lägenheten, charmig, personlig, ljus med utsikt över taken. Underbart läge i staden. Vänlig värd.
Bäddsoffan var trasig men vi löste det ändå. Lite smådetaljer som inte är i toppskick men det gjorde inte så mycket eftersom lägenhetens och husets charm övervägde.
