Ottima posizione, la camera da letto principale era in una buona posizione ed era la stanza più fresca.

Poco curata (mobili poco puliti e rotti in alcuni punti), abbiamo trovato il bagno non omogenizzato adeguatamente, l’appartamento in generale poco pulito. Nella camera principale la coperta sul letto era rotta e il secondo letto matrimoniale era poco confortevole in quanto nella parte finale metà del materasso non era sostenuto dalla parte metallica. Si potrebbe aggiungere una pala nella stanza centrale.
