Adorable, clean and comfortable apartment in great Riomaggiore location.

This clean and comfortable apartment is located on the main street of Riomaggiore. The bed was comfortable and the apartment is very nicely decorated. The owner was lovely and very responsive to messages.

The bathroom is quite narrow and the shower is small. It was fine for us but if you are a large person it would be tight.

The location in Riomaggiore was wonderful. It is on the main road yet very quiet. The owner allowed us to leave our luggage at a secure location after checkout and met us at agreed upon time to pick it up.

Very cute apartment in great location on main road. Noisy at night so bring ear buds if you’re a light sleeper.

Super clean, easy check in with lovely staff member. Great location right in town without having to go up and down any of the village stairs with your luggage! Very cute spot and interior with the extras you’d need, soap, oil for cooking etc. Would stay again as just a couple, maybe not so much with extra person.

The restaurant across the road was super noisey until late at night 1-2am which made sleeping hard. There isn’t a wall or door between the main room and the single bed area, just a blind, so noise/snoring could be heard by all. The toilet area was pretty small, so maybe not suitable to those with tricky mobility or of a larger build.

Our stay was as perfect as we could have imagined and actually exceeded our expectations.

The host asked us to send her a message when we were arriving. As a courtesy, I gave her a heads up when we were leaving the previous train station, and then sent a message when we arrived in front of the door. Within just a couple minutes she met us there, gave us the key, and gave us a quick tour of the apartment. I don't speak much Italian, but she spoke enough English for us to communicate and it was easy enough to use Google Translate when I sent a message (to make sure we both had the same understanding). The apartment itself was very clean and much larger than we were expecting. There is a bedroom area, a living room area, and a kitchen area (and obviously a bathroom.) The free WiFi was fast and worked without issue. The apartment is very centrally located in Riomaggiore and there were multiple stores/ groceries/ restaurants with a few minutes of walking. The train station is also only a few minutes walk away (but far enough that you never hear the trains, even with the windows open.) I would recommend that as the best way to get to the apartment. After checking out, our host very kindly held our backpacks for us while we spent a few more hours exploring the area, and even offered us her own umbrella since it was off-and-on raining. (We declined the offer, but it was so sweet of her to offer us the umbrella she was planning to use herself.) I would recommend Le Notti Gemelle to any of my friends or family.

Honestly, no major complaints at all. The facility, and host, were amazing.

Excellent location!!! The owner was super nice and helpful and even suggested a nice place to see the sunset. Communication was great from even before checking in and directions were very clear. Cute and charming apartment. Exactly as the pictures!
