Very new and nice interior, very good bathroom and couch and reasonable price for what one gets. It's also fantastic clean and the responsible person seems very nice and helpful. Everything would be perfect except for the air problem.
The location in the basement is, like other reviews already pointed out, actually a bit tricky. There is little to no sunlight and the main flaw is the bad ventilation (possibilities). If one opens the door or the one window, everybody on the street can look inside. But even with the open windows, it takes quite a lot of time to get a decent amount of fresh air inside.

Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή αν έρθει κάποιος με αυτοκίνητο γιατί είναι δίπλα στο πάρκινγκ αλλά έχει πάρα πολύ ανηφόρα αν έρθει με το τρένο
Το κατάλυμα είναι ημιυπόγειο με πάρα πολύ υγρασία και μυρίζει μούχλα
Τα σεντόνια και τα ρούχα είναι υγρά
Το air condition βοηθάει να μειώνεται η υγρασία αλλά δυστυχώς δεν φτάνει
Επίσης οι φωτογραφίες δεν ανταποκρίνονται στην πραγματικότητα
Μικρό δωμάτιο για 4 άτομα , χωρίς καθόλου αισθητικη
