Would not recommend.

Beds were comfortable.

Lock box mechanism was faulty, taking several tries to open it. Difficult to navigate the dark stairway at night. Lack of supplies, no paper towels and only THREE coffee pods for 2 people for 2 nights? Also, paid for TWO bedrooms and only 1 of the beds was made.

Disappointing

The beds were comfortable

We were really hoping for a pleasant stay, but sadly this property fell far short. Cleanliness was clearly not a priority — dirty dishes in the cupboards, a reused dish sponge sitting by the sink, and a generally grimy feel throughout. The stairwell leading up to the apartment was filthy, which didn’t exactly set a welcoming tone. The kitchen amenities were equally disappointing. There was only one towel provided for the entire kitchen, a couple of coffee pods and tea bags to share, and no toaster (which seems like a basic item to include). There was just one wine glass for three to four guests and barely enough cutlery to go around. Lastly, dirty laundry and cleaning supplies rested outside our door the whole 3 days. It’s a shame, because with some attention to hygiene and the most basic comforts, this could be a decent place. Unfortunately, as it stands, it felt careless and uninviting — not somewhere we’d stay again or recommend.

This place is tiny. It is a long uphill walk from train and there is no Parking nearby. We got a hefty parking ticket due to parking in residents area!

great location, ruined by building work

location was excellent, up the hill above Riomaggiore town. There was a nice view of the church and mountains, somewhat obscured by scaffold and netting.

The building and access was entirely encased in scaffolding. Workmen started at 7am making noise, we could not access the balcony at all, or use shutters, which were being painted. Outside was dusty and noisy, workmen stood around outside while we were getting ready.

Quaint lovely apartment.

Lovely apartment at top end of street away from the noise of the restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. Bright and airy, with a balcony overlooking the small church. Owner responded very quickly.

Charming accommodation in a supertouristy village

Charming apartment in one of the best locations in town to escape the hordes of tourists. Very clean.

Communication with the hosts wasn’t as easy as it should be. There were a couple of mosquitoes in the apartment. We were lucky that it wasn’t too hot when we visited as there is no airco (there are several fans). Quite expensive for what it is. If we come back to the area we’ll stay in the town of Levanto.

Amazing location, great host, exceeded our expectations

The location is excellent, but the host was amazing. He is so friendly, and helpful and gave great instructions including a video of how to get to the property. The apartment was super clean, and very comfortable. It’s right across from a quaint little church, and right at the top of the Main Street.

The only thing was that the stairway leading up to the apartment was not lighted. Or maybe we just didn’t know how to turn on the lights but the staircase is dark. It was ok as we had the flashlights from our cellphones to see the door lock.

great traditional apartment in the heart of Riomaggiore

everything was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely traditional apartment😊

it can be loud and noisy from the street at night it’s a bit uphill and our moms were a bit tired to make all the way up and down several times a day there is no option to leave the baggage after checking out for a couple of hour before the train. But the host gave us the info where the baggage deposit service is located (close to the train station)

Would come back to cinque terre to stay at this specific location.

Perfect location, clean, and host was very helpful and friendly. The shower water was so nice and warm. The beds were exceptionally soft.

Ottima posizione, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione, presente caffè, thè, macchinetta...

Pulizia così e così, scovolino per il WC completamente muffito, odore sgradevole dal lavandino.

Ce logement n’est pas adapté pour une location en hiver

Le logement n’était pas chauffé pour notre arrivée, manque de couverture , pas une poêle de taille normale pour cuisiner, pas de torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle. Entrée du logement insalubre au rez de chaussé

Un séjour agréable malgré tout.

L'appartement était propre et relativement bien équipé, même s'il est un peu moins vaste que les photographies le laissent croire. Le lit était confortable et il y avait de l'espace de rangement dans la chambre. Il y avait également une deuxième chambre avec des lits simples. Il était également bien situé dans Riomagiorre même s'il faut un petit effort pour monter ses valises de la gare par Via Colombo.

Nous n'avons pas vu notre hôte. Il n'y avait que quatre épingles à linge. Notre hôte devait venir nous en porter, mais nous n'avons pas eu de nouvelle. Nous n'avons pas senti un grand empressement à répondre à nos besoins. La chaise sur le balcon illustre un peu le manque de considération de l'hôte pour le confort de ses invités.

Posizione perfetta per visitare le 5 terre, a poche centinaia di metri dalla stazione ferroviaria che collega le 5 terre tra loro, fino a La Spezia e Levanto. Fondamentale la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto presso area di sosta privata. Si è verificato un inconveniente, riscontrato all'arrivo in struttura, prontamente risolto dalla disponibilità del gestore.

Consiglierei al gestore un maggior controllo della struttura, sia inteso come pulizia che come dotazione del necessario (stoviglie, sacchetti immondizia.....).
