We were very happy here, it needs a little care to the fixtures soon but was a lovely stay.

This place is updated, has AC and the host helped us with parking nearby which was extremely helpful! The furnishings are super comfortable and the host is very good.

There is some work that needs to be done, probably the summer season beat the place up a bit - the dishwasher is rusted, cabinets doors in the kitchen are missing, the toilet seat needs some bolts, the bathroom door handle came off repeatedly, and though it was being fixed Monday, the shower handle was also broken- the room by the street is a little noisy till midnight and you have to keep the door open to receive the ac in both bedrooms but it was very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay, the hosts were very accommodating and lovely throughout and we would come back for sure!

Aggressive, disrespectful hosts.

The apartment is well located, it is a bit uphill but easy to find.

Horrible experience. After checking out, the hosts sent us aggressive, disrespectful, racist comments, I refuse to repeat. The hosts said that we "destroyed" the bathroom, when the shower handle kept falling off, so we put it to the side so they could see it was broken. The power was out throughout the night, so we had to move the sofa mattress into the bedroom for our son because there's a strong emergency light in the living room that cannot be turned off. We moved the sofa mattress back the next day, but forgot to push the bed back, they complained that we left all the furniture moved. They said we left the kitchen a mess, we cleaned everything from lunch/dinner/breakfast, except a pot that I left soaking, a cup and some forks because we were in a rush. We acknowledge our mistakes, and would have happily paid an extra cleaning fee if they were so unhappy, but there's NO excuse for the horrible messages that they sent us. They also insisted that we "tricked" them by saying we were 4 instead of 6. We were 4 adults, and two weeks before travelling I informed them that we would also bring two children (a baby and a child), they said it would be fine, and happily accepted the extra charge for the children at the check-in, only to later send us aggressive messages saying we tricked them. We've travelled all over Europe and never had a situation like this. The entrance is full of mould, would not recommend if you are allergic. There's one air conditioner for the whole apartment. Definitely not child-friendly, there's a lot of breakable things around.

Bright spacious apartment in centre of village

Central, bright, clean spacious airy apartment. Perfect for two couples or small family. Fridge full of bottles of cold water for our arrival. Check in process was easy.

Bedroom on street side is noisy but we expected that. It was not a problem. Dishwasher broken. Shower tray very slow to empty

Great location and right in the middle of the main street near cafe's and shops. Nicely equipped and well decorated apartment. Sofa and bed were not very comfy but thats ok. Overall it was a great experience!

De locatie, de grote kamers. De verhuurder liet 5 flessen water in de koelkast, ook wat snacks voor in de ochtend, wat ik heel attent vond en waar je dat ergens anders niet kan vinden

La propiedad es excelente. Incluso más grande de lo que aparece en las fotos. Totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario. Todo parece nuevo como en las fotos. La ubicación es inmejorable, en el centro de Riomaggiore. La atención del personal fue excelente. Germán estuvo atento a todos los detalles. Marianna siempre en contacto por teléfono. Inmejorable estadía.

Beaucoup de sujets à améliorer pour justifier le prix.

Plusieurs points sont à signaler 1) Après avoir souffert pour porter les valises jusqu'à l'appartement on a demandé à la dame qui nous a reçu s'il y avait taxi ou service de bagagerie pour retourner à l'entrée du village ( pente de 30%), on nous a répondu de voir sur internet. Revoir avec un peu plus de considération la réception des hôtes 2) La porte coulissante d'une des chambres pouvait se fermer mais plus s'ouvrir sans l'aide de quelqu'un à l'extérieur. 3) La borne WIFI est placée à la tête de lit, ce qui n'est pas idéal compte tenu des ondes émises. 4) il manque un abat jour sur une lampe de chevet rendant la lumière très agressive. 5) Il y avait un lave vaisselle mais pas de panier à l'intérieur, donc inexploitable.

Semester precis som planerat i trevlig omgivning. Perfekt!

Läget var utmärkt, nära till allt. Frukosten lagade vi själva och middag hade vi på de fina restaurangerna i byn. Lägenheten var hemtrevlig och bra ljudisolerad. Värme regleringen fungerade bra och varmvattnet räckte till för alla. Köket välutrustat och funktionellt. Värden var hjälpsam och trevlig!

Wifin i sovrum nr 2 var svag.
