Guter Preis für eine Wohnung in dieser Lage - super angebunden, in der Nähe vom Strand und allen Restaurants und Cafés in El Cotillo.
Das Gefühl für Detail fehlt. Es gibt Kleinigkeiten, die 10 Minuten Zeit bräuchten, um behoben zu werden - abgebrochene Duschkopf-Halterung, kaputte oder fehlende Glühbirnen, alte Löcher und Dübel in der Wand müssten zugespachtelt und überstrichen werden, Steckdosen kommen einem entgegen. Es sind Kleinigkeiten, aber sie machen einen großen Unterschied und am Ende einen nicht so guten Eindruck. Die Unterkunft hat viel mehr Potential. Die Wasserpumpe für mehr Wasserdruck ist strategisch sehr schlecht platziert (im gefliesten Treppenhaus = es hallt umso mehr) und super laut (Quietschgeräusch).

It is a perfect location and a very nice apartment. And very quiet too.
We had a fine stay, which would make it perfect if there were a few more utensils knives to eat. The boiler was a bit small to fill the bathtub with hot water. And the curtains in the bedroom block no light at all.

Nice, clean basic apartment in El Cotillo. Short walk to town centre, restaurants, surf shops, beach etc. Welcoming bottle of wine and a few basics like some fruits which was a nice touch. Bit cheaper than other similar places at time of writing so good value.
Missing some basics like oil for cooking & something to clean dishes with.
