L' appartamento molto carino quando entri ti senti a casa. Tutti i confort, molto pulito, camera comoda con aria condizionata, cucina abitabile con tutto quello che serve microonde macchina caffè Nespresso fuochi lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Bagno spazioso. Parcheggio in strada gratuito. L' host molto cordiale e disponibile.

Non ho trovato criticità. Se proprio devo dire cosa mi è piaciuto meno, ma ripeto non ha nulla a che fare con l'appartamento o l' host è il problema del parcheggio, ma siamo a Roma e il problema è cronico in qualsiasi quartiere.

logement très complet, il ne manque rien une fois que l'on a compris le fonctionnement des transports en commun, il n'est pas au centre mais très accessible par un bus rapide vers la gare termini ou avant vers 2 lignes de métro la salle de bain est irréprochable, la douche impeccable

rien à dire, l'endroit est simple, mais intelligemment agencé. Je n'ai jamais aussi bien dormi en voyage, et au besoin tout peut se trouver à moins de 200m: petite épicerie avec de très beaux produits, mini marché de légumes frais, grand bureau de tabac, petits déjeuners dans des cafés voisins économiques mais irréprochables.

L’appartamento era davvero ben fornito: c’era tutto il necessario e anche di più. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto.

I letti e i cuscini erano assolutamente scomodi, rendendo il riposo difficile. Inoltre, il profumo dei detersivi usati per la pulizia era troppo forte e persistente per tutta la durata del soggiorno, risultando davvero fastidioso e arrivando a causare mal di testa. Con qualche miglioramento su questi aspetti, l’esperienza potrebbe essere decisamente migliore.

The beds were comfortable and the public transport was in a 1-2minutes distance.

To be fair, the accomodation would be a fairly good place to stay for this price. But it is clear that it needs a proper cleaning. The first night we noticed some plastic junk next to the beds, probably left by the previous guests. Unfortunately we found a dead roach between the clean towels that the host left to us. The kitchen was sticky from the grease and dust, as well as the the salt shakers, and the cutlery needed a proper washing before we could use them. The dish washer sponge was dirty as well, we had to ask for a new one. There’s no microwave so if you are planning to cook yourself, the stove is your only option. The bathroom has also had some flaws. The wc seat is broken, and there’s no handsoap. We wanted to at least use the mop to make the house a little more comfortable, but they don’t have one and we had to explain it to our hosts what is a mop because they use a rag for this purpose. The hosts vere nice, but they don’t speak a single word in english and try to use a translator. They are trying but it’s really hard to make them understand what you want and even the chat communication is difficult with them.
