Easy in and out, no hassle, good price,

Easy access. Good price (€68 for a night). No staff to deal with, no reception, just in and out. Close to highway. Nice that there is a refrigerator.

Matras is a bit hard but for one night it was fine. Perhaps the amount of messages you receive after booking could be less.

Positive but cleaning to improve.

The location is perfect for a mid stop on a long car trip. The check in is very easy to understand and to do, description is well done and no issue with it.

Two points to improve: 1. would be good to write the email with the background and text color in contrast (not grey and black, respectively, as it is done now). 2. The cleaning can be improved. The tiles in the shower had black spots between adjacent tiles. There was some scotch left on the ceiling (I guess from previous guests) and there were some humidity stains on the ceiling close to the window.

Disappointment

There were no towels! None. There was no staff either so we could not ask for towels. No towels on a hot day when you definitely want a shower after a long bike ride is just awful.

Excellent stopover accommodation near Basel and north/ south motorway

Good location if you are travelling North / South and need an overnight stop near Basel. V. Close to autobahn but v quiet. Parking is free directly in front of the accommodation. Room entry simple using the app. Modern Room, spotless with all facs like fridge, kettle, cooker, plates etc. comfy bed and great walk in shower. Only thing I couldnt set up was wifi. Excellent value for money!

Horrible, wasted money

Due to the fault of the hotel staff, I was left outside with two children in the rain and snow. I booked a room and did not receive any information about the check-in. Other residents helped me, but this did not solve the situation. I had to try to book another room through Booking and everything worked out. I contacted customer service the next morning, they saw that I did not use the first room and promised to return the money. More than a month has passed, they no longer answer letters. Choke on these 60 euros

It is a very good place to stay. The room was very nice and equiped with everything you need to stay comfortable. The bed was very good. The bathroom has everything you need. You can have a parking place for the car inside the building if you request this.

Good for overnight stays

As a motel mostly used for overnight stays by people coming from the highway or (so it seemed) construction workers having business in the area it was alright. The rooms had a good size and were well equipped for a short stay.

The area seemed to be a bit shady.

DO NOT use this hotel if you plan to arrive later than 10 PM

This hotel is not manned, which means that, once you make your online checkin, they send you a code, which supposedly lets you open your door. Except that ours did not work, and their customer service closes at 22. The synthesis: we remained out of our room at 1:30 AM, and we had to sleep in our car. The takeaway: DO NOT use this hotel if you plan to arrive later than 10 PM. The only good point: they gave us back our money.

Passable

We stayed at the LÖhotel in Efringen-Kirchen for one night. At first impression the hotel looks neat and modern. However, the cleanliness of the room was very disappointing. There were many hairs in the bed and towels before we used them. Next to that, the counters, oven, carpet stove and other surfaces were dirty. The surfaces were cleaned with a dirty cloth, the wipe marks could still be seen.

Nicht statt gefunden weil die Tür nicht zu öffnen war

Nichts!!! Kam nicht rein! Keine Notfallnummer die funktioniert. Im Nachgang wurde bestätigt das der Türöffner wegen zu geringer Ladung nicht funktioniert hat. Schwierig das gezahlte Geld zurück zu bekommen. Musste dann Nachts 23:00 noch ein Hotel suchen, mehr bezahlen- so etwas nie wieder!

Schön aber viel zu kalt

Die Zimmer sind schön.

Die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert. Wir kamen abends an und mussten trotz eingeschalteter Heizung frieren. Für diese Temperaturen waren nicht genügend Bettdecken da. Wir mussten uns mit Jacken und Mänteln zusätzlich zudecken.

Fraîcheur voir froideur de la pièce. Manque d'ustensils/ équipement de cuisine. La veille dans une autre chambre, nous avions passoire / casserole et grande cuillère notamment... ce qui n'était pas le cas de la chambre 103 du lendemain. Dommage, surtout que nous avions fait les courses en conséquence

Scarsa pulizia delle camere, polvere e ragnatele ovunque, wc con evidenti tracce di sporco non igienizzato! Sistema di apertura camere automatizzato non sicuro. Una coppia di amici, ospiti della stessa struttura, intorno all’una di notte, non sono riusciti ad entrare in camera, pulsantiera esterna alla porta e link arrivato via mail ambedue non funzionanti, risultato finale: dormito in quattro in una camera da due! Ritengo tale situazione estremamente grave! La mattina seguente la porta si è ri-aperta. Suggerisco alla struttura di garantire assistenza H24 e non a fasce orarie

Останавливались второй раз в этом отеле. В этот раз после прилета, по дороге из аэропорта Базеля домой, чтобы вночи не ехать. Снова все очень понравилось! Заселялись после 23 часов, немного волновались, чтобы сработал код на вход. Но все отлично сработало. В номере было чуть прохладно. Но мы подкрутили отопление (теплый пол) и очень быстро стало комфортно. Кровать очень удобная, ванная просторная, душ шикарный! Прекрасный напор воды, горячая быстро идет. В ванной свет включается по датчику движения, что не совсем удобно. И дверь-купе в ванную может некоторых смутить (нам норм). Есть кухонька, чайник, посуда. Опять же, для полного счастья не хватает микроволновки. Телевизор в этот раз работал отлично. Холодильник работал почти безшумно. И вообще было очень тихо. В соседнем номере как будто покуривали (хотя запрещено), и иногда это затягивало нам в номер. Парковочное место перед нашей дверью было почему-то занято. Хотя свободных мест было 80 %. Ну мы стали на свободное, без проблем. Из новинок: на нескольких парковочных местах появились зарядки для эл. машин (пока не подключены). Это здорово, но теперь будет меньше обычных парковочных мест 🫣 Также у нас вышел небольшой казус: мы почему-то были уверены, что выселение в 11. А оно в 10. В 10:05 к нам вежливо постучалась девушка из персонала. Но мы потом еще успели нормально собраться, спасибо! В общем, рекомендуем, все прекрасно.

Für den einen Tag haben meine Tochter und ich uns selbst versorgt. Es war ein angenehmer Zwischenstopp. Abends angekommen, ein Gang durch die kleine Siedlung, eine Fahrt zum Rewe im Nachbarsort, morgens früh die Weiterfahrt. Die Rezeption war online erreichbar. Die Tür per Code zu öffnen hat gut geklappt.

Dies war der erste und letzte Versuch, ein LÖ Hotel zu buchen!

1. Der Standort. Angegeben war Efringen-Kirchen. Kleinkems ist 8 km entfernt. Keine Lappalie für müde Velotouristen! 2. Der Zutritt hat nicht geklappt: Ich habe wohl eine e-mail erhalten (in der Schweiz); die angesagte SMS auf dem Handy ist ncht eingetroffen. 3. Die telefonische Hilfe vor Ort hat nicht funktioniert (eine KI-Stimme hat zwar meine Buchungsnummer bestätigt, aber nach über 10 min. in der Warteschleife musste ich abbrehen und bei Regenwetter im Finstern eine Ersatzübernachtung suchen. 4. Meine Versuche, den Betrag für die nicht erfolgte Übernachtung zurück zu erhalten, wurden abgewiesen (mit Hinweis auf die gesendete SMS, die ich leider nie erhielt).

Vi fick ändå den att fungera genom att vi drog ur kontakten till spisen och 'stack' in den igen. Men borde inte städarna kolla sånt?

Praktisch, aber mit Abstrichen

Optimal für einen Durchreisestopp. Kurzer Weg von/bis zur A5. Gute Schallisolierung. Daher sehr ruhig. Bequeme Betten. Toller großer Kühlschrank, der keine störenden Geräusche macht.

Die Anzahl der vorhandenen Parkplätze entspricht nicht unbedingt der Anzahl der Zimmer. Wenn man erst die verkrusteten Bremsspuren der Vorgänger im WC wegschrubben muss, ist das eher fies und man fragt sich, ob das Zimmer insgesamt sauber ist. Ebenso war der Badezimmermülleimer nicht geleert worden und die Frotteewäsche hat ihre besten Zeiten bereits hinter sich. In Ermangelung einer Dunstabzugshaube gibt es viele Fettspritzer unter dem Küchenoberschrank. Der Tisch und die Nachttische weisen einige Macken auf, was auf starke Frequentierung schließen lässt. Es ist zwar eine kleine Kochmöglichkeit vorhanden, aber es gibt keine Kaffeemaschine.
