Genuinely lovely house in fabulous location. Lenno is great!

I was uncertain when I booked it whether I should've booked an apartment with a balcony and view but it turned out to be loads better as the garden has a nice view of the mountains and there is space to choose whether to sit in sun or shade. The house is a simple good layout and is very comfortable. Having 2 bathrooms is a great advantage for a group of 4 adults. We did lots of cooking and kitchen was good. The location is fabulous being 5 minutes from lakeside with restaurants and gelateria. Deborah who manages the property was very helpful and always very responsive to questions.

The recycling bins and regime were a bit confusing. We are very committed to recycling so wanted to get it right. Deborah ended up sending us reminders of which bin to put out on which day :)

Awesome stay in Casa Dilma

Our stay in Casa Dilma was awesome. The house was big enough for 5 friends (with 5 proper beds and large bedrooms!) The place is 5min walk from the lake and a gelateria :) all the commodities are around. Debora was such a nice hostess, really helpful, with lots of good advices. The gifts on our arrival were much appreciated. We’ll come back !

Nice quiet location with a terrace towards the mountains. Walking distansen To the lake and private parking. Omenet of space for us a family of four. The host Deborah took good care of us.

Convenient to the ferry and the main attractions. Parking on the property and we didn’t need to drive anywhere during the entirety of our stay. The home had everything we needed.

Totally recommend

Debora is amazing. She is super positive and she speaks English fluent. She will recommend you a lot of things to do at lake como. Home has got everything you will need at your visit. Also it is clean inside. You got 2 seperete bedrooms with king size bed, super super comfortable. What's more there are 2 bathrooms, one is brand new. On the grand floor is spacious living room with corner sofa, tv and table and kitchen and bathroom. Second floor: 2 bedrooms and bathroom. I recommend it for long stay (but we were 2 night and it was super too) and for 4-6 people. The outside have got table for 4 people and there is a lot of green area. Smell of mint everywhere. The photos on booking reflects the reality. It was amazing 😍

Agréable maison de ville. Bien située

Très agréable maison, grande bien équipée, au calme. Accueil sympathique, merci pour le prosecco et bouteille d’eau laissé au frigo pour notre arrivée. À 5 minutes de l’embarcadère. Jardin très agréable pour la fin de journée.

Ruime woning met ruime tuin op leuke locatie dicht bij het meer en tussen de Italiaanse bewoners, erg authentiek. Aardige gastvrouw Debora die direct klaar staat bij vragen of problemen.

Super séjour au calme

Super accueil de Maria! Merci pour les conseils et la bouteille de Prosecco qui nous attendait au frigo! Maison agréable, fonctionnelle et très propre. Coup de cœur pour le jardin fleuri avec le hamac et la terrasse pour pouvoir manger dehors. Emplacement calme et belle vue sur les montagnes. Nous avons laissé la voiture garée sur place car étions à 5 minutes à pied d’une plage, et de l’embarcadère pour nous déplacer sur le lac.

Une machine à laver le linge serait un plus. Pas de climatisation mais ventilateur dans chaque pièce.

Hôte très sympathique et plein de bon conseils pour visiter les environs Proximité du lac et des commerces mais en même temps endroit calme et adapté aux familles avec enfants.

Literie bien mais oreillers beaucoup trop epais et durs Vaisselle un peu limitée La présence d'une machine à laver pourrait être bien!

Geweldig verblijf op de mooiste plek van Europa.

Erg mooi huisje met een perfect liggen dicht bij het meer. Een erg behulpzame en aardige host. Wij hebben ons heel erg vermaakt en zouden het 100% aanraden!

Er is geen airco, maar met de 3 ventilatoren was het prima uit te houden!

Ein Juwel mit toller Gastgeberin!! Hätte 20 Punkte verdient!

Dieses Haus ist ein Juwel und die Betreuung durch die Vermieterin ist phänomenal! Maria ist die freundlichste und hilfsbereiteste Gastgeberin, die wir jemals beim Buchen von Ferienimmobilien erlebt haben. Sie hat sich um alles gekümmert, uns super Tipps gegeben und dank ihrer Kontakte in Lenno vieles ermöglicht, was sonst nicht möglich gewesen wäre! Danke Dir nochmals, liebe Maria!!! Das Haus liegt nur 300 Meter bzw. 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom See entfernt in einer Oase der Ruhe! Vom See aus gelangt man durch pittoreske Gassen zum Casa Dilma und ist sofort raus aus dem Trubel. Auch die Hauptstraße hört man hier überhaupt gar nicht mehr. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und in hervorragendem Zustand. Es verfügt über eine Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln und einen relativ großen Garten. Man hat hier zwar keinen Seeblick, aber dafür einen sehr schönen Blick auf die Berge. Von hier aus bergauf kann man an einem kleinen Bach entlang auch tolle Wanderungen in die Berge starten. Das Auto kann direkt auf der Wiese des Gartens geparkt werden. Vorsicht: Bei der Anfahrt kann das Navigationssystem irren! Von der Hauptstraße aus in die Via Armando Diaz abbiegen, dann erste Straße rechts reinfahren und nach 50 Metern rechts runter fahren und dann nach ein paar Metern wieder links abbiegen und in die Einfahrt reinfahren. Fazit: Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen!
