Good place to rest before/after a long journey
Apartment was clean, easily accessible, parking was available on the street, free of charge, right in front of the building, below the street facing windows. We only stayed one night as we were in transit.
Might have been a bit dated. No major issues with the place.

Very disappointed and unpleasant - wasn't the best choice for us!

- the stairs are very stiff and make a croaking sound for each step, so not suitable for someone with light sleep, an elderly or a baby. - the isolation is very poor and we could hear every car passing (which were a lot for supposably a quiet time period) so we hardly slept knowing that the only time we spent there was at night returning from other cities... - there was no light in the stairs and living room (which were first places you enter to), I informed the host, he said he will come back and fix it, it didn't happen. we had to move around other side bed light and use phones to enter the building each night. - some things were falling off like the corner of the bed and hit our 1 year baby... and edge of the shower is not cemented so you feel like the step will fall off if you step on it... - Wasn't a good birthday for me!

The ease of check in.
Smell of cigarettes and lack of cleanliness - outside shoe prints in the bathroom. Found a cigarette butt in the bedroom and the cutlery was sticky. Smell of mould in the bathroom. Neighbours were noisy until 3am with lights shining into back bedroom..

Traces de Moisissures dans la salle de bain, trou dans le sol dans la chambre, manquait une chaise dans la cuisine, four inutilisable il manquait des boutons pour utiliser le four, matelas dur.

Séjour confortable , dans le calme et gentillesse des hôtes
L’équipement , la réactivité des hôtes et le calme des lieux près de tout .
-Le lit double dans la chambre parentale est inconfortable. -Équipement un peu sommaire dans les chambres. - évacuation de la douche : le fait qu’il n’y ai pas de fenêtre , ça sent vite l’humidité .
